At ClarityCo Boutique, I want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how I’ll make it better.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.

  • You contact me within 30 days​ of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item shipped).

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads, personalized/custom orders, or clearance/final-sale items (clearly marked).

🔄 Refund Process

  1. Request: Email me at support@clarityco.boutique​ with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if applicable)

  2. Approval: I’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Refund: Once I receive and inspect the item:

    • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

    • Processing takes 3–7 business days​ (depending on your bank).

Non-Refundable Situations

I cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.

  • Shipping fees (unless I made an error).

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • I recommend using a trackable shipping service.
