✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.
You contact me within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item shipped).
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads, personalized/custom orders, or clearance/final-sale items (clearly marked).
🔄 Refund Process
Request: Email me at support@clarityco.boutique with:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
Approval: I’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refund: Once I receive and inspect the item:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing takes 3–7 business days (depending on your bank).
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
I cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Items returned after 30 days.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
Shipping fees (unless I made an error).
📦 Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
I recommend using a trackable shipping service.
